You need consistency, clarity, and guidance you can trust.

And most importantly, we believe it’s never too late to start.

About the Founder

When I was a young man, I traveled to India to study meditation and learn eastern healing techniques. After a few years, I decided to extend my knowledge with western methods. I studied anatomy, physiology, sports massage, and trained in stress counseling, hypnotherapy, and Neuro Linguistic Programming. This multi-disciplinary perspective gave me a unique approach to general health and wellbeing.

I always had an interest in health, but it wasn’t until a close family member died from lung cancer and another underwent a triple bypass that I really became obsessed with finding effective wellness solutions for seniors.

My message is simple: Just because you're a senior doesn’t mean small steps can’t make a huge difference. Whatever your age or circumstances, there are many health tips for over 50 that can ensure you have a long and healthy life, full of vitality and vigor. I hope my research and teachings can motivate you to take control and focus on fitness for seniors, helping you get lean, fit, flexible, and strong.

Testimonials

Dr. Jeffrey Quartner - Cardiologist

I loved my job, my favorite patients were those that came for me to assess

their Heart Disease Risk, and to create for them a comprehensive plan for

prevention prior to developing a problem that might threaten their life.

I practiced cardiology for 42 years. I was trained in a very prestigious

academic institution, a true Ivory Tower. When I began practicing, the idea

of preventing Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) was unheard of. I grew up in

the age of “Preventive Cardiology “, in fact the whole specialty of cardiology

was different when I retired from the specialty that I began in.

First, a definition. CAD, Coronary Artery Disease is the development of

plaque, blockages in the arteries that supply your heart with blood and

oxygen, that, when blocked enough, leads to a heart attack, and often

death.

Early in my career, a gentleman named Nathan Pritikan (about 1983) put

forth a hypothesis that with lifestyle adjustment, not only could you prevent

CAD, but you could reverse the process. Pritican, proposed that with Diet

and exercise plaque development would slow, and ultimately

regress...REVERSE!

Overtime, the pathophysiology of the development of CAD has advanced and

now is fully recognized and acknowledged.

It is suggested, that with appropriate lifestyle modifications, 90 % of CAD is

preventable saving countless lives on an annual basis.

The fact is , that some risks are “ Modifiable “, meaning that we, with an

appropriate plan, can reduce our risks and prevent the development of CAD.

Over the last 2 generations, a new problem has evolved, this related to

Obesity, called the Metabolic Syndrome. This problem, simply evolving from

inactivity and the development of Obesity , leads to Diabetes, HBP, lipid

abnormalities, and CAD.

Risk factor modification is the key. everyone needs to recognize what their

own personal risks are, HBP. Diabetes, Cigarettes, high blood cholesterol,

Obesity, Sedentary lifestyle, Genetics, Stress, all contribute.

Most importantly, you are never too late to start.

Patrick Keeley in his eBook ‘Health Matters Seniors Edition’ has outlined a

noticeably clear, and organized approach to lifestyle modification, that if

followed will reduce your risk for heart disease, and make you feel infinitely

better. His plan is clearly laid out, not medically controversial and evidence

based.

It takes a commitment, but the rewards are great. One word of warning, no

plan of prevention is 100% so please consult your physician and go through

appropriate testing to be sure that you are cleared to proceed.

Good luck and stay focused!
